Hi aarthi ,
I tried this muffin, it came out sooooper...yummy ...thanks...
I am very new to baking...my first try with your blog.
I hv few doubts, please advise...u add salt, curd , baking soda in few n not in some of them(cakes/muffins)...what is the difference....
And what shud be batter consistency for cake/bread/muffin.
Thanks...Reply
Aarthi
@appuit depends on each recipe dear..for cakes the texture should be little thin but not too thin. for muffin and bread it has to be thick.

Temperature at 180?? I did that for 18 minutes, and they were still runny like batter. You had to have changed the temperature on these to get them to actually bake, right? I’ve never heard of cooking muffins at 180 for 20 minutes or less.
