- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1-½ pounds baby Yukon Gold potatoes, washed
- 1 ounce Lipton Onion Soup Mix, use the dry mix. 1 ounce = 1 envelope
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
- fresh thyme or parsley for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425℉ and cover a baking sheet with foil or parchment.

This is my new favorite recipe for baked potatoes! I never thought to season potatoes with dry onion soup mix, but man is it delicious! The skin gets crispy while the center is soft and fluffy.
